Apostille and embassy legalisation are centralised in New Delhi. Whichever city issued your certificate, the file ends at the Ministry of External Affairs here — so working with us by courier costs you nothing extra in time.

Tell us these four things and we can quote immediately
Most enquiries go back and forth three or four times because one of these is missing. Send all four in your first message and you will usually have a firm answer within the hour.
- Which country the document is going to. This is the single most important detail — it decides whether you need an apostille or full embassy legalisation, and the two are not interchangeable.
- What the document is. Degree, birth certificate, marriage certificate, police clearance certificate, power of attorney, invoice, certificate of origin — each has its own route.
- Which state or authority issued it, and roughly when. A certificate issued in 1998 and one issued last month do not always travel the same path.
- What it is for — a job, a student visa, a family visa, company registration, a tender. The purpose sometimes decides how many stages the receiving authority insists on.

If your destination insists on either of these, tell us anyway. We will say so plainly and point you to where it is done, rather than taking the file and stalling.

Questions people ask before calling
Do I have to come to your Delhi office?
No. Most of our work arrives by courier from other cities and goes back the same way. Coming in person makes sense only if you are already in Delhi and would rather hand the originals over yourself.
Will you tell me the price before I send the documents?
Yes, and we prefer to. Send a clear photo of the certificate and name the destination country; you will get the route, the charge and the expected working days in writing first. We do not ask for documents before you know what it costs.
How do I know whether I need an apostille or embassy attestation?
It depends entirely on the destination. Countries in the Hague Apostille Convention accept an MEA apostille on its own. Countries outside it need MEA attestation followed by legalisation at that country’s embassy or consulate in India. Tell us the country and we will tell you which one applies — there is no charge for that answer.
My documents are urgent. Can you say how long it will take?
We will give you a realistic number of working days for your specific document and destination, not a sales figure. Apostille is usually the quicker route; embassy legalisation depends on that mission’s own counter timings and holidays, which we check before quoting.
Do you handle commercial documents for companies?
Yes — invoices, certificates of origin, board resolutions, powers of attorney, incorporation documents and similar. The commercial route often involves a Chamber of Commerce stage before the Ministry, and some embassies charge a fee linked to invoice value. Send the file and we will set out the stages.
Is my original certificate safe with you?
Originals are logged on arrival, carried by hand between offices, and returned by tracked courier. You get the tracking number, and we photograph the stamps before dispatch so you can see the work is done before the packet reaches you.
Will I get a bill for the payment?
