Our services in short
Apostille and attestation services in India are the steps that make an Indian certificate or company paper acceptable to an authority in another country. Countries that have joined the Hague Apostille Convention accept a single MEA apostille. Countries outside it, such as the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait, want MEA attestation followed by legalisation at their embassy in New Delhi, and the UAE adds an online MOFA step.

Apostille and attestation services in India, stage by stage
Most documents need two or three of these stages, not all of them. The country, the document and the receiving office decide which apply.
Notary and SDM attestation
A Delhi notary attests a true copy and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate authenticates it. The MEA needs this stage before it will apostille or attest a personal or educational document.
MEA apostille
One sticker from the Ministry of External Affairs, accepted in countries where the Hague Apostille Convention applies with India. Usually 2–3 working days in Delhi.
Online apostille
We also offer the online apostille (e-Sanad / QR apostille service). Done through INFINITYGRO it is usually ready in 2–3 working days; send the document and a copy of your passport, because the passport number is entered online.
MEA attestation and embassy
For countries outside the Convention, the MEA attests the document and that country’s embassy in New Delhi legalises it. We submit and collect at both offices.
UAE MOFA attestation
After the UAE Embassy stamp, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation is completed online. We handle it, so the document is ready to use when you land.
Commercial documents
Invoices, certificates of origin, agreements and company papers go through the Chamber of Commerce, then the MEA and, where the country needs it, the embassy.
Translation
Translation into any language, arranged before or after the apostille, depending on what the receiving office asks for.

Which route does your country need?
MEA apostille only
Parties to the Hague Apostille Convention, for example the UK, the USA, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, Australia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea and Oman for personal documents. Vietnam joined on 11 September 2026, so personal and educational documents for Vietnam now take the apostille.
Two exceptions catch people out. For Oman, commercial and customs documents never take the apostille; they go Chamber → MEA attestation → Oman Embassy. For Vietnam, invoices and certificates of origin still need the Vietnam Embassy. When in doubt, check the HCCH status table or ask us.

What to send with your document
- The original document, or the version the receiving office will accept
- A copy of your passport (the MEA submission needs it, and the online apostille needs the passport number)
- The name of the country and the purpose: job, study, visa, business
- Any checklist from the employer, university or ministry abroad
- For company papers: the exporter’s or company’s details and the importing country
If a name is spelt differently on the certificate and the passport, tell us at the photo stage so we can advise before the document travels.

Which countries accept the MEA apostille?
Countries where the Hague Apostille Convention applies with India, including the UK, the USA, the Netherlands, France, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Oman for personal documents and, since 11 September 2026, Vietnam for personal and educational documents. The UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Egypt are not parties, so they need MEA attestation and embassy legalisation.
Do you offer the online apostille?

I live outside Delhi. Can you still help?
Yes. Most of our clients courier their documents to the New Ashok Nagar office from other cities and states. We return them by Blue Dart or another secure courier. We do not offer home pickup, so the document has to reach us by courier or by hand.
Do you handle UAE attestation?
Yes. The UAE route is notary, SDM, MEA attestation, UAE Embassy in New Delhi and then UAE MOFA attestation online, which we complete for you. It usually takes 5 to 7 working days. The MEA stage is all-inclusive and the embassy fee is confirmed in your written quote.
Do you do State HRD attestation?
No. We do not do State HRD, Home Department or GAD attestation. Our route is notary and SDM attestation in Delhi followed by the MEA, which most destinations accept. If your checklist specifically names State HRD, read our HRD authentication page first.
Can you get a police clearance certificate for me?
No. We do not apply for police clearance certificates or police verification. Once you hold the PCC issued by the passport office or police, we can arrange its apostille or attestation for the country that asked for it, through the route that country requires.
Do you translate documents as well?
Yes, into any language. If the receiving office asks for a translation, we can arrange it before or after the apostille, depending on its instructions, so the translated and apostilled papers come back to you together. Translation is quoted by language and number of pages.
